Dear Customers,

I'm pleased to announce that we are to re open our accommodation on the 13th July 2020. Our restaurant will remain closed until at least the 3rd of August as a result of Welsh restrictions.

To help support us during these difficult times please always book directly with us via the book a room tab at the top of this page or via email.

So we can make sure your stay with us is a safe one, we’re implementing the following changes.

Firstly, our breakfast room and restaurant must remain closed. Breakfast is to be served to your room, we will leave it on a tray stand immediately outside your room at a time of your choice and knock to let you know it’s arrived. To make space for a small table and chairs in your room we will be removing wardrobes from our rooms. The chest of drawers will remain. Breakfast will be ordered the evening before on the order form provided.

Difficult to clean items such as leaflets, maps, magazines and the guest information book will be removed from your room and all guest information will be provided on single use printed A4 paper.

Although cleanliness is always our top priority, we will have additional housekeepers on duty to make sure that rooms are thoroughly sanitised between guests and that all public areas are sanitised more frequently.

We will provide cutlery in your rooms for any takeaway dinners you decide to have and a list of local eateries providing takeaway will be provided. We will only be able to provide breakfast during your stay.

New hand sanitisation stations will be placed at the front and back entrances to the B&B.

Check in will be socially distanced and your key will be sanitised before hand over.

Contactless payment will be possible upon your departure with card information you provide or via Apple Pay.

All staff on site will have completed a coronavirus safety course and will have been retrained to work safely during the pandemic.
